TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF
MYANMAR CULTURAL TOUR CO., LTD

Booking and payments:

Please make 30% deposit to book your trip. Payment can be made by a bank
transfer to our bank account for the deposit and you can make cash on
arrival for final payment.

Note: Many hotel and resorts always require prepayment for the height
season.

Cancellation and Refund:

Cancellation charges are calculated on the day written notification
received. Cancellation fees are as follow
- 30 days prior to trip Arrival - loss of deposit
- 15 to 30 days prior to trip Arrival - 50% of total cost
- less than 10 days prior to Arrival - 100 % of total cost

No refund will be available once travel has commenced in respect of tours
accommodations, meals or any other services not utilized.

Insurance:

Myanmar Cultural Tour Co.,Ltd strongly recommend the purchase of
comprehensive travel insurance from your country. This should include
protection against theft. loss of damage of personal effects. personal
accident ,personal liability. medical expense. repatriation and cancellation
of tickets.

Passport and Visas:

All travelers must carry a valid passport and appropriate visas. Visa can be
endorsed at Myanmar Embassy in your country. We will assist for your visa
application, if necessary.

Inclusions and Exclusions:

Please read the tour program you choose carefully about what included and
not included in a tour price.

Responsibility and Liability

Myanmar Cultural Tour Co.,Ltd and its associated agents and contractor
assume no responsibility for any personal injury, damage or loss of property
during any stage of a trip. This included acts of nature, delays,
theft,government restrictions or any other annoyance we may encounter but
have no control over.

We also reserve the right to make modifications or alterations to programs
for the safety,comfort and convenience of the group members as a whole. Trip
member will be notified of such changes as soon as possible.

Once you have made a booking by paying your deposit, you are bound by the
term and conditions in this agreement.
